The Weekend Specials brings you the vibe of 5pm on a Friday with your feet up and favourite beverage in hand. Inspired by the sound of Brenda Fassie's 1983 hit 'Weekend Special', the 4-piece band delivers a fiery set of danceable, soulful, funk pop classics with a unique flavour of South African jazz.
Comprised of experienced, highly skilled musicians, The Weekend Specials is a professional, slick unit guaranteed to get the dancefloor going and keep people singing along until the end of the night.
The band is based in London and available for bookings throughout the UK.
